Shipping

Every case is made to order and printed on demand for your exact phone model. Production typically takes a few business days, then your case ships to the address you enter at checkout. Estimated production and delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get a confirmation, and tracking where the carrier provides it.

Returns & replacements

Because each case is custom-printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your case arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, email support@tinyterrorclub.xyz within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. If we shipped the wrong model or design, that's on us — we'll fix it.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order — your name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. We don't sell your personal information. We use your contact details to send order updates and, only if you opt in, occasional product news. Email us anytime to access or delete your data.

Terms

By placing an order you agree that the products are made to order for personal use. All artwork is the original work of Tiny Terror Club and is provided for use on the physical case you purchase; you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the designs. Prices and availability may change. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
